Register Now and purchase your Raffle Tickets online. 

The drawing will be held on January 23, 2018 during our dinner meeting at Angelo's, 247 N York St, Elmhurst, IL 60126.  You do not need to be present to win.  Register separately to attend the dinner meeting.

Raffle Ticket contributions are used for charitable donations to various humanitarian efforts, dental focused advancement groups, and Italian cultural organizations.  Please be attentive to the following online purchase guidelines.

1) Unlike previous years using paper forms, membership and raffle ticket transactions are now separate when signing up and paying through the website.   If you pay in person or by mail, you may submit one check for your membership and tickets.

2) Due to the confines of our system design, you are only able to purchase tickets online once per registration.  If you buy tickets, and later want additional, please contact Dr. Scarpiniti at (630) 363-7221or contact us by email at the link at the bottom of the page. 

3) Ticket payments will take you to our online PayPal site where you can use either Credit Card (NO NEED TO SIGN UP for a PAYPAL ACCOUNT) or use your existing PayPal account and funds to purchase.  If you choose to pay by check, select "invoice me" to reserve your tickets, you're able to do so and your raffle ticket purchase will be confirmed once the funds are received either by mail or in person.   

100 tickets will be sold.  The price of each ticket is $150 each.

Cash Prizes total $7500 (half of all ticket sale proceeds go straight to charity).
